What To Know About Intuit Deal For Mail Chimp

<p>Intuit (INTU) announced a deal to buy privately-held email marketing firm Mailchimp, explains Siti Panigrahi of Mizuho Americas. The deal is expected to be $12B in cash and stock and expected to close in 2Q22. Siti says it is a great acquisition as it expands Intuit's QuickBooks business from a back office accounting application to providing an end-to-end platform for customers. </p>
