Salvation is a free gift where as rewards are for faithful service in ministry. Dr. Mitchell shows us how every phase of a believer’s life is governed by 5 different rewards. He mentions the crown of life for endurance in trials, the crown of joy and rejoicing for soul winning activities, the crown of righteousness for the those who love the appearing of the Lord, the crown of glory for shepherds of God’s flock, and lastly the incorruptible crown for one’s disciplined control of the body. Dr. Mitchell asks, How can these crowns be obtained? It’s by the grace of God. Christ lives in the believer and He lives out His life through him.
