Welcome To The Neighborhood Election Day Special: What Do You Do With The Mad That You Feel?&#160;<p>In the United States it's election day and for many of us it's a time of strong feelings and great tension. No matter who wins, there will be many who are filled with great joy and many who are filled with great anger and disappointment.</p><p> I'm very much concerned about what we do with those strong feelings like joy and anger so I recorded this episode to (hopefully) help us find healthy ways to deal with our anger by using some valuable lyrics from Fred Rogers. </p><p>I hope you find this show helpful even when it isn't election day.
