VOP 2022: January 5, 2022 W.A.L.K with God in truth “Free Indeed” In Christ we have liberty in the spirit to walk with God without condemnation and discrimination. The Word “Walk” can be broken into four segments as follows: W-Wait patiently for God. Psalm 27:14. A-Attend unto God’s Voice. Psalm 29 L-Led by the Holy Spirit. Proverbs 3:5-7 K: Know and understand the truth. John 8:32 When our walk with God is right and pleasant, we can joyfully serve Him or work for His Kingdom. Since we grow deeper and closer in fellowship through our walk with God, we must thirst and hunger more after righteousness. Abraham was commanded to walk with God and be blameless, not by his own strength, but by leaning on the spirit of God for divine direction and instructions. This he did very well and he is referred to as the Father of Faith. Walking with God puts you ahead of your peers, makes you more fruitful and productive and also opens divine doors. Prayer: Father anoint me afresh and grant me the grace to walk blamelessly with you by the leading of the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name, Amen. “When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying: “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations.” Genesis‬ ‭17:1-5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” Proverbs‬ ‭3:5-6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.
