BioNTech and Pfizer announced they will seek FDA approval for their vaccine candidate as early as October.&nbsp;Florida’s Attorney General relayed that the CDC has invited Florida and three other states, as well as the city of Philadelphia to participate in a vaccine pilot program.&nbsp;Merck’s Themis Bioscience arm have begun Phase I clinical trials for their vaccine candidate.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Germany:&nbsp;The Robert Koch Institute, recalled a report Wednesday that said a coronavirus vaccine was “imminent”.&nbsp;The Institute said it was published in error.
