So....What Exactly Are All Those Work-From-Home People Doing for Bank of America?

<p><strong>Bank of America claims (falsely) that 75 percent of their workforce is working-from-home. With hours long hold times, and a lot of apathy towards customers in need, I dispute that claim wholeheartedly.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Dean Athanasia, A big-time exec for Bank of America has his weekly column on BofA's internal website called "Dean's List" (How Original). In this week's edition, he outlined how Work-From-Home Associates are helping keep Bank of America &nbsp;operationally excellent (laughs).</strong></p> <p><strong>We talk about what's in his column</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>How people who are basically glorified tellers are propping up the PPP Loan Processing for BofA</strong></li> <li><strong>Helping people in the call centers with coronavirus related issues, like forbearance on home and auto loans, plus fee refunds</strong></li> <li><strong>That Branch Managers are helping answer social media questions on @BofA_Help on Twitter and Facebook, potentially interacting with me, haha.</strong></li> <li><strong>How they are tasked with helping with Estate Services, a department SORELY in need of an attitude adjustment</strong></li> <li><strong>How they turn delightful, cheery Relationship Bankers into working for the collections and recovery department where they will facilitate repos and charged off accounts.
