Shirley Novack - Historical fiction author - The Story Of...

The Story Of..., could be the story of so many people that emigrated to America from Eastern Europe. My character, Jacob, spent three years in a Polish Brothel until his father sent for him from America. While in the brothel, he was raped by a Polish Soldier who he comes face to face with many years later in America. Although the book is fiction, much of this is true with other truths filtered in.
