Welcome to episode one of our new season of the Mental Health Podcast from Unite/Mental Health Nurses Association. In this episode lead professional officer Dave Munday, is joined by fellow Unite in Health lead professional officer Jane Beach. Jane has been heavily involved with the regulator responses to the current Coronavirus/COVID19 pandemic. In the episode, Jane updates us on the work done by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) over the past two weeks on developing a COVID19 temporary register and shares some insight to changes that will affect Unite in Health members who are registered with the NMC and The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
