It could bring a quick dose of 5-8 inches of snowfall with lesser amounts predicted for areas south of the Appalachian Mountains. -50 Windchill's in Minnesota and the Dakotas have led the National Weather Service to issue a Wind Chill Warning for International Falls, MN and points south as a polar vortex high descends out of Canada into the northern tier of States.
