<p>We talk a lot about freedom these days, but what does that truly mean? Is it in what we’re able to do day-to-day, choosing what we wear, making decisions about our career paths...or is it meant to be something more?&nbsp;</p><br><p>For me, the last several weeks have done something to shift my perception of this concept of <em>freedom</em>. I’ve recognized that we all live within a paradigm that is shaped around the physical. But the times we’re living in are testing even those freedoms as we see boundaries arise. So I’ve been thinking a lot about the internal freedom that I possess, and how even that has started to feel limiting. The difference is that I can be in complete control of the internal...I can be my own light of leadership and expand according to my own will in that space. There, I can be my own sovereign leader.&nbsp;</p><br><p>In this episode, I’m opening up deeper than ever before about the awakening I’ve experienced over the past 7 weeks. I’ll be sharing the ups and downs of my discoveries about the world, and the effects they’ve had on my body, mind, and spirit. There’s a shift in the works, and a movement towards greater authenticity, more authentic alignment, and unabashed sovereign leadership.
