What was supposed to be a real estate podcast kind of went on to being a podcast where I go on about two cars that I'm most interested in purchasing and my thoughts about either of them. Not going to lie, I've always been nervous about buying cars, but I have always been one to do so and happy to do so.<br /><br /> I will find out today which direction I go and I give a little hint as to what to do in this market when it comes to being a buyer in the heavy seller's market that it currently is.
