<p>After what felt like a "stinger" during a high school football game, Joe spent 3 months just a couple of years from graduating high school,</p> <p>Joe Jackson was a highly active competitor in high school and has remained so even&nbsp;after being confined to a wheelchair.</p> <p>Today, Joe Jackson plays wheelchair rugby on the Ability 360 Phoenix Heat team as well as the U.S.A.
