The brother of a West Clare murder victim says his family are the ones "serving the life sentence", while his sister's murderer gets to walk free. Ann's murder features in a TV documentary airing on TG4 tonight and her brother Stephen has told Clare FM that her murderer is a monster of a man that deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.
