Herb of the Month: Goldenrod

Goldenrod, or Solidago canadensis, is a wonderful herb that is readily available throughout North America and Europe as a tea and a tincture. Goldenrod is antiallergic, expectorant, diuretic, antifungal, carminative, and so much more.
