George Grimm interview-50th anniversary of the 1971/72 New York Rangers

<p>Tonight’s guest is my dear friend and hockey author George Grimm. George lives in North Jersey and has been lifelong New York Rangers fan.</p> <p>George is the author of two great hockey books. His first (a collaboration with Emile Francis) <em>We Did Everything But Win</em>which was released in 2017 is a splendid oral history of the New York Rangers during the Emile Francis era (1964-1976). His second <em>Guardians of the Goal</em> released in 2019 is a history of every single man who manned the pipes for the New York Rangers.</p> <p>2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the 1971/72 NHL season, a very special one for long suffering New York Rangers but let George Grimm tell us why.</p>
