“Food!" with Dean Orfas

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dean Orfas is an electric person very excited about good food. He owns a restaurant called Roots just outside NYC. </span></p> <p><strong>In this podcast, ‘Food!’ Dean Orfas speaks about the importance of the food we put into our bodies.</strong> <span style="font-weight: 400;">One of his mottos is, “Anything that humans have played with, probably not food!”</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If it comes in a package of any kind, it means it has been prepared in some fashion and it’s likely that Man has messed with what is inside. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dean, a National Strength And Conditioning Application (NSCA) Certified Trainer, believes and lives by his words about quality nutrition. He says it is not time-consuming to eat healthily.
