Food Inflation Brief: Here’s what you need to know!

Annually the Bureau for Food and Agricultural Policy, a non-profit organisation driven to objectively inform and support decision-making by stakeholders in the agro-food, fiber, and beverage sectors in Africa releases BFAP’s Food Inflation Brief.   The latest report released gives an overview of food inflation dynamics, its associated causes, and the cost of basic healthy eating. We’re joined now by Mervyn Abrahams, programme coordinator at the Pietermaritzburg Economic Justice and Dignity Group.
