Fatboy & Olive: UPDF Allegedly Halts Treatment of Traffic Officer Shot By Soldier

<p>The Uganda People’s Defense Forces have allegedly ordered UMC Victoria Hospital to stop treating the traffic officer "Robert Mukebezi" whose leg was amputated after he was shot by a UPDF soldier back in January. Mukebezi has been receiving treatment on the UPDF account.</p> <p><br></p>
