Day 37: An Invitation to Rest (Bible Tribe Joshua 21–24)

<p>Rest. Just that word makes me pause. What is rest to you? The rest God gives us can happen in the midst of unrestful circumstances.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Bible Reading: Joshua 21–24</strong></p> <p>Verse of the day is: Joshua 21:44 "The LORD gave them rest on every side, just as he had sworn to their ancestors. Not one of their enemies withstood them; the LORD gave all their enemies into their hands."</p> <p>Word of the day is: Rest.  It is the Hebrew word: נוּחַ (noo'-akh).</p>
