[You can't have all three]</p> <p><br></p> <p><br> We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at <a href="http://www.myrise.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.myrise.co.uk</a></p> <p><br></p> <p>Have you ever used the ‘recommendations’ feature on Facebook?</p> <p>You, know, to ask your network about, let’s say, brick layers in Macclesfield.</p> <p>Other services and locations are, of course, available.</p> <p>I often see people say that they’re looking for a “good, but cheap XYZ”.</p> <p>And think that those two things are probably not likely to go all that well together.</p> <p>Or, if they are, they’ll be something missing.</p> <p>There are three main considerations in any purchase or service.</p> <p>Quality<br> Speed<br> Cost</p> <p>Ideally, we’d like;</p> <p>Good<br> Fast<br> Cheap</p> <p>But we can’t have all three.</p> <p>Two is the usual limit.</p> <p>We can have good and cheap sometimes.</p> <p>But it’ll probably be really slow.</p> <p>Fast and cheap is more than catered for.</p> <p>I doubt it’ll be all that good though.</p> <p>Or we can have good and fast.</p> <p>But it won’t be cheap.</p> <p>We can lose significant weight and get considerably fitter by ourselves for free.</p> <p>Eating less and going running regularly.</p> <p>Works for some.</p> <p>Not for most.</p> <p>Or we can pay a pound or so a day for a budget gym.</p> <p>And be left to our own devices.</p> <p>Just renting access to equipment.</p> <p>We’re renowned for our results.</p> <p>400+ verified before and afters (and that’s only those that have a noticeable physical change).</p> <p>And for the speed of those results.</p> <p>Many having lost 20lbs in 8 weeks, whilst forming lasting healthy habits.</p> <p>But, yeah, it’s not cheap.</p> <p>I genuinely believe it’s amazing value for the service and results people get.</p> <p>But I long ago stopped trying to convince people of that.</p> <p>We’re all faced with a choice with most of our investments.</p> <p>Good<br> Fast<br> Chea
