<p>Stanley Roberts talks with mental health expert Kevin Briggs from Pivotal Points Kevin Briggs is a public speaker, author, veteran, and retired California Highway Patrol sergeant, who spent many years patrolling the Golden Gate Bridge. While he was on patrol he encountered many individuals who were clinging to life by a thread. He has personally encouraged more than 200 individuals over his career to not end their life, but to begin a new chapter. Through his work he became known as the "Guardian of the Golden Gate." He wrote a book called "Guardian of the Golden Gate: Protecting the Line Between Hope and Despair."
