<p>In episode 418, I chat with <a href= "https://www.mandrellco.com/">Willie Mandrell</a> who grew up watching is grandparents work in real estate.  He grew up with his mom in housing projects and when his father didn't want to take over the real estate business, his grandparents began to educate him on the business.  He talks about his journey into finally deciding to pursue real estate, the advice his grandparents gave him, how he's been able to grow to an almost financially free state, his advice on those interested in getting into real estate, how to move forward from a not so great past and how he's building a community to inspire others to do the same. </p>
