Congress, senior hurling team of the year and Laois Gaels

<p>We’re back with the latest instalment of the LaoisToday Talking Sport Podcast.</p> <p>Host Alan Hartnett is joined by Steven Miller where they look back at all the sports news from the last week.</p> <p>The first item on the agenda is the decisions that have been made at GAA Congress over the weekend. </p> <p>A new sin bin rule, changes to U-20 formats, kick-out rules and a split season have all been voted in. </p> <p>We also picked our senior hurling team of the year - and the lads go through their selections. </p> <p>And then the show concludes with an interview involving two people who are behind the new Laois GAA supporters club. </p> <p>Laois Gaels was set up last week and chairman Bryan Breen plus Laois GAA PRO Paul Dargan join the lads to discuss what it is all about. </p>
