Clare ISME Rep Claims New Government PRSI Policy Will Penalise Small Businesses Most

A Clare member of the Irish Small and Medium Enterprise Council claims that government policy is forcing struggling firms to the brink. This week Cabinet has approved plans that will see the average worker's pay reduce by 46 euro every year, up to 2027. The move is designed to provide enhanced social protection payments for those who've lost their jobs for a period of up to nine months.
