Changing Times Ag Wx; Hit & Miss Storms Since June 1st Not Enough to Slow Moderate to Severe Drought Impacting Area; Above Normal Temps & Dryness Continues Deep into August

<p>Today warmer and drier air will advects in from the ridge to the west pushing daytime highs into the upper 90’s to around 100 and there could be some patchy smoke haze and a few late day isolated storms south of I-70 where dewpoints may be higher.   Tomorrow heats up again into the mid to upper 90’s before the pattern breaks with a quick shortwave and cool front in the evening and overnight.    The frontal boundary looks to hang around the area into Friday and Saturday, thus keeping chances for isolated late day storms in the forecast and daytime temperatures closer to normal in the upper 80’s to around 90.  </p>
