In this uncut, unedited session, my fertility life coach, Poonam Gole and I discuss women in the workplace, leadership and what she has eloquently titled, &quot;Being the Hero of Your Story&quot;. This episode focuses on women in the workplace who are facing issues related to infertility, grief, loss and childlessness. Research shows that 1 in 6 women face infertility issues. In this episode, I seek to boldly and confidently discuss these issues that are often kept very quiet.
