<p>Advent 2021 Day 12 and it's getting dark. Bruery Terreux levels of darkness. Tart of Darkness is their barrel aged sour stout that has been to known to peel the enamel off your teeth. One of the variants in 2018 featured black currants. After being treated with special souring bacterial, the beer is added to bourbon barrels that previously help Black Tuesday. The beer is allowed to take on the rich complex Black Tuesday and bourbon flavors. They threw in a bunch of black currants to create a really fun and funky beer.</p>
