A Warm & Dry Week; Cooler More Seasonal But Dry Fri-Sun; Back to 50’s Mon/Tue Ahead of Next Light Rain/Snow Chance Wed/Thu

<p>Today high-pressure building eastward over the Central US and southwesterly flow warms temperatures into the 50’s where there is less remaining snow cover and upper 40’s where there is still some.  Tomorrow an upper-level trough moving through the northern Plains flattens the ridge some and trails a cool front and breezy northwest winds through the area with temps remaining in the 50’s.  Wednesday and Thursday high-pressure, and ridging amplifies west and extends into the Plains leading to well above normal temps reaching into the 60’s, lows 25-30-degree range, drought dryness and potentially elevated fire conditions continue.  Friday another upper-level trough and dry cool front drop highs back into upper 40’s and lows upper teens.   </p>
