<p>This is The EdUp Experience, President Series Episode #19 -&nbsp;On this episode of The EdUp Experience, we welcome Dr. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/rich-schneider-a72a0b1/">Richard Schneider</a>, President Emeritus at <a href="https://www.norwich.edu/">Norwich University</a>. &nbsp;Hear him talk about how the higher education community should look at Vermont when planning to adjust for Covid. &nbsp;He also talks about, among other things, why Covid should be treated like an enemy and why college presidents should be careful when picking vendors to help prevent the spread.&nbsp;</p> <p>Few people hold the titles of Rear Admiral, Commanding General and University President simultaneously, but Richard Schneider, Delaware '86 PhD, answers to all three. He is a Rear Admiral in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves, with responsibility for the area east of the Rockies.
