5.20: Do You Love the church more than Jesus?

<p>Ephesus is the first church to be called out in Jesus’ letters to the &nbsp;7 churches in the Book of Revelation. Why Ephesus? It was the main &nbsp;church in the area — what is now Turkey — and the Apostle John was the &nbsp;bishop or overseer of the 7 churches and based in Ephesus. Besides &nbsp;Ephesus, the 7 churches included Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, &nbsp;Philadelphia, and Laodicea.
