2.10: A Benefit of the Salvation of Jesus: The Holy Spirit

<p>Growing up Catholic, I knew the Holy Spirit (or Ghost) as part of the Trinity. However, not having Jesus' true Salvation, I was missing the benefits of having the Holy Spirit in me -- in my heart.&nbsp;</p> <p>Jesus said in John 14:26 (AMP): “But when the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, <em>that is</em> the Spirit of Truth who comes from the Father, He will testify <em>and</em> bear witness about Me."</p> <p>Once I was baptized, it still took me a while to fully grasp all the benefits of the Holy Spirit living in me.&nbsp;</p> <p>Bible Verses in this Episode:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>John 14:19-20</li> <li>John 14:26 NLT &amp; AMP</li> <li>John 15:26&nbsp;</li> <li>John 16:5-15</li> <li>1 Thessalonians 5:19</li> <li>Revelation 3:20-22</li> </ul> <p>Jesus is knocking.
