Alicia is lactose-intolerant and found that buying nut milk can be expensive, full of preservatives, and create packaging waste. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With help from her husband, a mechanical engineer, they created a nut milk maker that is convenient, compact, versatile, and sustainable.
