Alvaro Lopez

Alvaro Lopez, one of Latin music's most respected drummers, seamlessly blends the styles of Latin-flavored jazz, R&B, gospel, and funk to create a sound that surpasses even language boundaries. Joined by the Res-Qband, composed of guitarist Gabe Terrado, keyboardist Mario Patron, and vocalists Abel Orta, Paul Garcia, and Roger Hudson, Lopez has recorded albums in both the Spanish- and English-language markets. In addition, he has served as a studio musician and producer on numerous projects.
