YOU'RE NOT AN INTROVERT, YOU'RE A PUSSY

<p>for years I thought I was a natural introvert but honestly, I knew I was just too scared to put myself out there from years of social and childhood trauma. after learning more about mental health and self-improvement I saw how much I used that as a cope to not change.</p> <p>Sure there are things we naturally gravitate towards but there is NEVER something you can't do</p> <p>do some deep thinking about yourself and your upbringing what traits do you dislike about yourself that you've accepted because that's "just who you are" think of them and research ways to fix it, you don't hate who you are for trying to change if anything that shows how much you TRULY love yourself.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p>&nbsp;not sure what that weird background noise is</p>
