Thank you for the emails and feedbacks. I love your comments. Is telling me you are out there and trying to meditate. That is great. Last week's comments were mostly about why I'm not progressing; meditation is boring, can't sit that long, my mind can not focus and concentrate. My friends, Do you remember the first day you try to learn to ride a bicycle? How was it? Not easy at all. Correct? Learning how to ride a bike is the same as learning meditation. It isn't easy at the beginning. It needs an understanding; it needs mindfulness and needs awareness. It needs lots of practice. Progress is incremental. And the fantastic thing is riding the bike is a lifetime skill you learned, exactly like meditation. Isn't it amazing? Doing 5 min every day is much better than 30 min—a week. Adding it to your daily routine, your phone schedule, and making it a habit will immensely. I hope this session helps you understand your meditation journey. The most important thing is you are doing it. You sit and meditate. This great. All be falling in place like when you start biking. Let's sit down and meditate together.
