"You won't die because of cake"

On the first episode of season 4, French is joined by her good friend Dolita and they discuss their relationship with food and how social media, athletics and their peers have had an impact on it. The pair also emphasise the importance of not struggling with these issues alone and trying to find someone you trust to confide in.  They also give tips to younger female athletes who believe that they are on the heavier 'side' and emphasise the importance of understanding that everyone's body is different.
