<p>The problem we have in society today is there is a huge disconnect. </p> <p>There's entitlement. </p> <p>They see what has been created, and want to jump in now that it's been built. </p> <p>With that, they want big salaries, big benefits, and a big spotlight. </p> <p>If you want to work with me, there's a system and process. </p> <p>It starts with something very simple. </p> <p>You gotta be willing to start at the bottom. </p> <p>Clean the perverbial toilets, and whatever needs to be done. </p> <p>Run errands. </p> <p>Manage clients. </p> <p>Work events. </p> <p>And do it all without complaining. </p> <p>But here's the challenge for most people. </p> <p>They want to be rewarded for the work they've done for others. </p> <p>They're not willing to start over or start at the bottom. </p> <p>My businesses are not easy to run, but they're simple. </p> <p>Working with me is simple, as long as you understand what's required in order to get a chance. </p> <p>You gotta be willing to do hard things. </p> <p>Be resourceful. </p> <p>Add tons of value. </p> <p>Create momentum. </p> <p>Bring so much to the table, it's undeniable. </p> <p>But most people won't. </p> <p>I always ask if they're willing to work for free. </p> <p>9 out of 10 say, no. </p> <p>Faith is required. </p> <p>Hard work is required. </p> <p>Struggle is required. </p> <p>If you're not willing to struggle through the small things, you won't be able to handle or appreciate the big things. </p> <p>You gotta be willing to struggle in anything you do and enjoy the process.  </p> <p>That's where the education and experience comes in that will help propel you to the high-ranking positions you say you want. </p> <p>The struggle is real, but if you're not, you gotta keep moving. </p> <p>#RiseAbove </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>HOW</strong> <strong>TO GET INVOLVED: </strong></p> <p>This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive action, there is an adverse reaction. </p> <p>Ryan Stewman rose and overcame a life of addiction, imprisonment, divorce, and circ
