YOU CANNOT REMARRY IF YOUR 1st COVENANT SPOUSE IS STILL ALIVE!

It is ADULTERY; it is sin my friend! In other words, MARRIAGE IS FOR LIFE, UNLESS YOUR SPOUSE DIES! If you are in a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc., adulterous remarriage, you must REPENT AND COME OUT OF IT! Jesus is saying you are committing adultery. Why? BECAUSE you are having sex with someone who is NOT your 1st covenant spouse. Not only that, but the person who married you, is also committing adultery. Why? BECAUSE they are having sex with someone else's spouse - YOU! The problem is that people are under the false impression that they can divorce for any reason and remarry, even if their 1st covenant spouse is still alive! But is this biblical? What does Jesus has to say about it? For starters, Jesus says in Matthew 10:37, "He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” He also says in John 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments." The teachings of Jesus are clear ON DIVORCE, REMARRY & ADULTERY as found in Matthew 19:9, "And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery." Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 7:10-11, "10 But for those who are married, I have a command that comes not from me, but from the Lord. A wife must not leave her husband. 11 But if she does leave him, let her 👉🏾remain single👈🏾 or else be 👉🏾reconciled to him.👈🏾 And the husband must not leave his wife."  The apostate church has for so long misguided the people that you could divorce your spouse for adultery within the marriage, abandonment, physical abuse, drug abuse and for whatever else reason and remarry, and you will still be right in the sight of God!
