Xi welcomes Brazil’s Lula for state visit

Chinese President Xi Jinping has welcomed his Brazilian counterpart Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in Beijing. The FBI has arrested a member of the U.S. Air National Guard over the leaks of classified documents. Sudan's army officials claim that a paramilitary group is illegally deploying troops in cities including Khartoum.
