Would the Early Church Celebrate Easter the Way We Do?

<p>Easter is the heart of Christianity.  Without the resurrection of Jesus, we have nothing.  Because of this, Easter Sunday is traditionally the most important day of the year on the Christian calendar.  But, was this one Sunday a year as big a deal to the early church?  Was Easter an annual event or an every day reality?</p>
