<p>Setting career goals is one thing, but achieving them is another. Many of us work hard, but sometimes it feels like we're not making any progress. Maddy and Sophie talk about working smarter, not harder.</p><p>Here's some of the steps they outline to achieve your career goals.</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Write down your goal with a timeframe </li><li>Put yourself in the mindset of your manager (or whoever makes the decisions!) </li><li>Set up your 'happy/short sunflower' folder </li><li>Get written feedback </li><li>Do market research </li><li>Ask for your goal </li><li>Have a contingency plan... </li></ol><p><br></p><p>Please help us, and fill out our community survey too!
