Cell phones and email have made the world smaller, connecting employers and employees, businesses and customers, and allowing a generation of workers to find opportunities and even launch businesses from anywhere in the world. But they’ve also blurred the lines between the office and home. A study conducted during the pandemic found that 70 percent of remote workers were clocking in on the weekends.
