<p>Welcome to episode 100! Trade unionist Tanja Vicas, shares lessons she learned from her Austrian/Canadian mom Ingrid, a prison guard and parole officer. Tanja also talks about the difficult times her parents faced as young Austrian immigrants in Canada, their resilience and hard work.
