Wintery Cold Today; Warm-ups Up Tue-Thu Ahead of a Fri Chance of Light Snow; Warm & Dry Next Week

<p>Today may start with some sun but the afternoon will be cloudier and cold behind an exiting upper-level trough and ahead of a quick moving disturbance overnight.  Highs will be in the 30’s and lows in the upper teens with no expected precipitation.  Tomorrow northwest flow and a more sun will warm temps into the 40’s then high-pressure settles over the region Wednesday Thursday warming daytime temps into the upper 50’s and low 60’s and nighttime lows in the upper 20’s to around 30-degrees.  The brief warm-up will be ahead of another upper-level trough and low-pressure system Friday that will being colder and windier conditions and a chance for some light snow or wintery mix.  Highs return to the 30’s and lows in the teens. </p>
