Windy & Warm Today Windy & Cooler Tomorrow No Rain; Thu/Fri Windy & Warm; Could See Some Light Rain Sat Morning

<p>Today, an upper-level trough and low-pressure kicks out of the Rockies and over the area, resulting in gusty south winds 20-30 G 40 mph, elevating fire danger concerns ahead of and approaching trough and dry-line late in the afternoon and evening.  This might trigger an isolated storm, but it will remain dry, and winds gust ahead and behind a cool front into Wednesday.   Temps warm to near 80’s and drop into the upper 60’s on tomorrow with breezy northwest winds 15-30 mph and overnight low in the mid-40’s.   Thursday and Friday dry westerly winds will result in above normal temps in the 70’s and 80’s, gusty winds, blowing dust and elevated fire concerns ahead of the next trough and storm system coming out of the Rockies Friday evening and Saturday.  There are some chances for scattered precipitation Friday night and Saturday early, however it would be light.</p>
