Windy & Cold 48 hrs.; Warms into 60’s Thu/Fri 70’s and 80’s Sat-Mon; Next Storm System Tue/Wed

<p>A closed low-pressure system that brought rain and snow last 24hrs moves away and intensifies snow will end but north winds will gust 30-50 mph.  HIGH WIND WARNING ALONG AND EAST HWY 83, high temps in the 40’s and lows in the upper 20’s.  Tomorrow as the storm system moves into the upper Midwest locally it will continue to be windy from the north 20-30 mph behind it, while temps warm some with riding building to the west.  The rest of the week the region will be under northwesterly flow as high-pressure ridge rebuilds over the Rockies.  This will lead to seasonal daytime temps in the 60’s and at night in the lower to mid-30’s.  Over the weekend the ridge shifts eastward warming temps into the 70’s. </p>
