Winds Dimished Cold Start Will Lead To Nice Warm-up This Afternoon & Tomorrow; much Colder Halloween, Monday & Tuesday w/Some Light Rain & Snow Chances

<p>TODAY cold start this morning with temperatures in the low to mid-30s will warm into the middle to upper 60’s as high-pressure moves and light west northwest flow.    Tomorrow will continue to be nice warming into the 70’s continuing under zonal west northwesterly upper-level flow.   Weather changes on Sunday for Halloween trick and treating turning much colder as disturbance and cold front rotates on the backside of a large cut-off low over eastern Canada.  Daytime temps in the 40’s will fall to overnight lows in the 20’s and chances for some light wintry precipitation develops overnight.   Monday with colder 30-degree temps and easterly upsloping flow some light snow showers are possible mainly north of US Highway 34/36.  Tuesday another piece of energy and upsloping flow could produce some light snow flurries and rain into early Wednesday. </p>
