<p>Jobless Claims numbers were released and came in below 200K for a third time. Initial claims came in at 183K. Non-farm productivity was at 3%, while unit labor costs were at 1.1%. "There are still a lot of people not participating in the labor pool, which is what the Federal Reserve is trying to evaluate. This is keeping tight employment conditions than in pre-pandemic," says Dan Deming.</p>
