<p>Why the Market is Still Surging. This week we wanted to talk about why the Real Estate market is still surging, and why it might continue to surge in the next few months. We left 2019 on a high and when COVID hit a lot of people started rushing to get a home. Now that we are working to open back up from a lock down the market is getting saturated with buyers who want a new home. Inventory is low and prices are climbing, but we have always seen a climb in pricing here in Massachusetts. We go over what the market is doing now, what it might do later, and try to predict the future.</p>
