Why research matters in Case Management, with Dr Devdeep Ahuja, Director of CMSUK

<p>Dr Devdeep Ahuja talks to us today about the importance of research: from the client’s perspective as well as the case manager’s; broadening our definitions of ‘evidence’; and how to go about sharing the evidence that comes from experience. He addresses the lack of research in the Case Management field, and suggests how we might start to fill that gap, including through the auspices of the Case Management Society (CMSUK).</p>
